At MagazineVault, we specialize in digital products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All products sold on MagazineVault are digital downloads delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital products purchased through MagazineVault.

Once your order has been completed and access to the digital product has been provided, it cannot be returned.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

• You were charged multiple times for the same order.
• You did not receive your purchase due to a technical issue on our end.
• The product delivered is substantially different from what was advertised.

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

Canva Compatibility

Our template packs may include a combination of Canva Free and Canva Pro elements. Canva Pro elements will display a watermark when opened with a free Canva account until they are replaced or accessed with Canva Pro.
